Lola Coastal is located at 1575 Boulder St. Denver. ( Lower Highlands). A busy location but that’s Denver.
We sat in the bar area on the windows facing flower boxes filled with blooming flowers. To start, we had the Charcoal Grilled Chicken Taco and the Ensenada Beer Battered Fish Taco with a Coke and margarita. The Fish Taco was excellent but the Chicken was just OK.
The second course was the Stuffed Chile Gueros (gueros means blonde or light) and the Smoked Fingerling Potatoes. The Chile was good and spicy. A second margarita is needed.
For dessert we enjoyed the Brownie Sundae. The sundae comes in a small jar that makes it difficult to easily spoon out.
My ratings are “It’s Ok”, “Good”, and ” Very Good”, and “Excellent “. Lola Coastal is given a “Good”.
