We dined at one of the newest restaurants in Denver at Wolf’s Tailor located in Northwest Denver. The address is 4058 Tejon, Denver, Co.
They have already received two nominations from the James Beard Foundation for Pastry Chef and Best Chef. The chocolate tart pictured was very good. The other two photos are pictures of the beautiful dining area. The ginger beer cocktail was delicious. The snap peas had dried fish on top that were so light they flutter in the air.
My ratings are It’s OK, Good, Very Good and Excellent.
The service was excellent. Overall the restaurant is rated very good!
